MV Online and MV Mobile are both up and operational.  At this time, there are no plans to take our system offline.  Some members are experiencing login issues from the following:

Issue:  For security reasons, the account number can no longer be used to login to your online account.  Each member must have a unique Username.

Correction:  Go to ACCOUNT ACCESS and click on “Forgot Username?”  Answer the questions as they are displayed on the screen.  When completed, you should receive an email with your Username.

What’s New - MV Online:

  • Optimized to fit the screen size of different devices
  • Transaction Icons (Allows you to categorize transactions and filters based on the new icons. 
  • Customizable view (list or Grid) 
  • Change in balance since last login
  • Frequently Used Accounts will populate in the “Make a Transfer” section

What’s New - MV Mobile App:

Users will notice a similar  look between MV Online and the MV Mobile App. Settings in MV Online will now be mirrored in MV Mobile App. For example, if you hide a share or loan in MV Online,  the share or loan will be hidden also  in your MV Mobile App

  • Check Order
  • Schedule Transfer
  • Manage Alerts
  • Login  content information changes

Members will no longer have the option to log into the MV Mobile App using an account number  as the username must be the same for MV Online and the MV Mobile App.

What do I do if:

Q:  I don't remember my username
A:  Go to the MV Online login and click on "Forgot Username"

Q:  I don't remember my password
A:  Go to the MV Online login and click on "Forgot Password"

Q:  My bio-metrics login no longer works
A:  You will need to login and re-enable bio-metrics in your settings
